There are two things I have always been obsessed with: the big screen and this planet. I am now based in Madrid, but I spent my childhood in Jamaica and my teenage and university years in Spain, Ireland, and France.I graduated in Biology and did a Master’s degree in Science Journalism. What I know about journalism and its fundamentals is what I learned at a news agency.

I have also designed digital campaigns for a national radio station, scripted episodes for a public television science show, and produced videos for non-profit foundations, among other things.

Since 2022, I have led the video team at Mongabay, an independent news platform that covers environmental stories from nature’s frontline.
